Our philosophy in beer selection is that there is always something available for everyone, but if there isn't we will try our best to find you a beer that suits the palate. Please note that apply the literal meaning of "rotating selection"; although our beer lines are designated to certain styles, the brewery and beer names will always rotate!!! Abnormal Beer Company

Abnormal Beer Company is a small microbrewery located in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego County. The glass-enclosed brewery is located under the same roof as a winery, beer/wine bar, and restaurant serving highly refined comfort food. The brewery currently has a 10bbl brewhouse with four 20bbl uni-tanks and will sell its products inside the restaurant and to select beer bars locally. The Head Brewer and Beer Curator for the draft list is Derek Gallanosa. Derek Gallanosa has a well rounded skillset that he applies to multiple aspects of the business. While pursuing a Business Degree in Marketing from Cal State University, San Marcos, Derek taught himself how to brew beer after witnessing his friend’s dad homebrew in his backyard. After graduation he put his efforts into finding a job in the Craft Beer Industry. After months of looking he was finally given an opportunity by Karl Strauss Brewing Company in San Diego. During his four years there, Derek worked his way up from Assistant Brewer to Brewer to Sales Representative. It was then when the owners of Abnormal Wine Company started to look for someone with experience to run their soon to be brewing operations.

Absolution Brewing Company

As the world grows in its understanding of what beer can and should be, no longer imprisoned by the tasteless, unfilling beers of the recent past, it craves beer made with sincere passion and an unwavering boldness of flavor. And to provide that beer is our mission. Focusing on Old World styles and New World hops, we are creating a fusion of flavors and aromas to titillate the palate and arouse the olfactory. British, Belgian, and German styles will dominate our taps, while sours will be fermenting and aging from early on. Absolution Brewing Company is a labor of love for three friends that have a passion for delicious craft beer. Nigel is an English gent that found his way to the West Coast more than two decades ago. Steve is a local boy, born and raised in the South Bay Los Angeles area with deep ties throughout the community. Wes is from the swamps of Louisiana and discovered Southern California via the Navy. Individually, we are but mere beer drinkers in love with the craft. Together, we are a team dedicated to fulfilling our dreams to bring the best beers to the world that others may feel the passion on their palates.

Belching Beaver Brewery

Belching Beaver does not brew good beer. We brew truly great beer. Currently, we are crafting distinct beers that range from IPA to sours and more, which are sure to please anyone’s tastes. Our first priority is using quality ingredients to create the beer recipes at our microbrewery. When we decided to move forward with the brewery, we told Troy (our head brewer) not to worry about how much money we were spending on ingredients. With a name like Belching Beaver, we better have great beer or we would be the biggest joke in town. We contracted our hops before we found a location or even bought equipment. I told Troy that I would throw any beer out and delay opening unless it was perfect. In truth, we had no worries because Troy makes great beer. He did not disappoint! As my wife would say, “It’s fabulous.” Our customers say, “They’re all fabulous.” As Dave would say…well he would sniff out each aroma hop, and then describe the grapefruit flavors, the honey overtones and the crisp clean orange peel that delights the palate. I just say, “Man, great beer!”

Bitter Brothers Brewing Co.

There's a certain satisfaction in bitterness. But we won’t let the cup of life pass us by untasted - especially if it’s full of frothy irreverence. Nope, the glass is always half full at Bitter Brothers Brewing Company, our brand new 3,200-square-foot production brewery and tasting room in the Napa Valley of craft beer: San Diego, California. So who are the Bitter Brothers, you ask? Bill Warnke, the older “Bitter Brother” and Kurt Warnke, the younger “Bitter Brother” are two brothers from the Midwest who grew up bitter and remained so until they discovered the joys of great craft beer. And so began the brothers' quest to provide the same social experience to others. Bitter Brothers produces distinct brews ranging in hop character, flavor and style. Sip and (hopefully) savor one in our tasting room. Or better yet, try them all - we won’t judge. In fact, we’ll respect you more. Because at Bitter Brothers, we believe you’re only as good as the great beer you drink. So fill up more than halfway and join us on our journey to make bitter even better.

Burning Beard Brewing Co.

Humankind is a creative bunch. Fire. Tools. Language. Art. Beer. We have a knack for innovation and a long history of making cool stuff. From the tragicomedies of William Shakespeare to the raw verse of Sylvia Plath; the madness of Van Gogh to the modernism of Eames; the free-form musings of Miles Davis to the anarchic angst of the Dead Kennedys; at the heart of them all is a common and creative ethos. It is humankind screaming from a mountaintop. It is punk rock to the core. It is subversive. It is incendiary. It is craft. It is the Burning Beard. Burning is action, life, and ultimately our transformation into something more miraculous than our constituent parts. The Beard is our ceremonial mask, a metaphor for the creative spirit that drives us to create, learn, and—most importantly—live. So raise a glass, dear friends, and sound your barbaric yawp over the rooftops! Welcome to Burning Beard Brewing.

Duck Foot Brewing Company

We love everything about beer — even the smell of it on old carpeting. No? Oh, okay. We love to brew it, look at it, talk about it, think about it, smell it (sans old carpeting) and, of course, taste it. We hope you do, too. And we’re doing our best to brew styles that suit all of our beer-drinking friends. We know some of you like the super bitter, heavily hopped double IPAs of the world, while others like the malty sweetness that comes with some European beer styles. And some of you really don’t like either. So, our beer lineup will always feature variety: Some light-bodied, some big and strong. Some hoppy and bitter, some with a touch of biscuity, bready malt sweetness. And perhaps even some a bit on the sour side. Gluten got you gassy? No worries. We brew ALL of our beers using a special enzyme that removes nearly all traces of gluten from the beer. Matt, one of our owners, has Celiac Disease, so rather than sob in a soda, he rectified the situation. And the Heavens opened and there was much rejoicing. Yay. We’re always interested in trying new things so let us know if there’s something you’d like to see us brew. We’re taking a stance for better beer and hope you will, too.

Firestone Walker Brewing Co

Founded in 1996, Firestone Walker began as a small brewery with roots in California wine country. Now a regional brewery, our singular purpose remains – to craft ever better beer. Passionately in pursuit of the perfect beer…and never satisfied.

Golden State Brewery

Golden State Brewery (GSB) opened in February 2016 and is located in the old Memorex building. Since then, Our taproom was designed to encompass the local community, which is why it is positioned in the center of the brewery. The unobstructed views of the brewery operations allow for everyone to see these beers from beginning to end. We are pet friendly and encourage all patrons to bring their dog as his or her picture will be added to the GSB Dog Wall. Creating a great beer demands the blend of knowledge and passion. Knowledge is understanding the capability of the ingredients. Passion is derived from never settling for regular or common flavors and charging to exceed expectations. You’ll soon discover the absolute perfection of drinking a craft beer at the source. Our philosophy is to make great beer, have fun, and care about our community!

Groundswell Brewing Co.

We're native San Diegans and we are looking for beer that pairs well with food and plays well with the San Diego lifestyle. Our beers are generally in 4.0 - 8.0% ABV. Our goal is a well-balanced, flavorful session beer. We do the hop-thing too, (and it will exceed our ABV range) but always with an exciting angle. There's a lot of great hop-forward beer in San Diego, no need for us to try to re-invent that wheel, it's working pretty well already. If you haven't tried craft beer, what are you waiting for?! We'd love to be your first, but if not, just promise us you'll try craft. You won't miss those "other guys."

Helix Brewing Company

Helix Brewing Company began in La Mesa, CA with roots in homebrewing – we’re motivated by science, dedicated to adventure, and built by community. Helix beer is formulated in the mind – whether it be on a long swim in the ocean or on a trail run with the dog. Helix will always push beers to new levels just as we do with our own life adventures. Drink Helix beer with those you enjoy most and start an adventure of your own.

Iron Fist Brewing

Iron Fist Brewing Company is a family owned brewery located in Vista, California, smack-dab in the middle of the exciting San Diego craft beer scene. Our passion for the best hand crafted beer prompted us to make a lot of it. However, we quickly realized we were making a bit more than we could drink ourselves, so we decided to sell whatever we don’t drink to you. So do yourself a favor; start a little revolution. It’s ok. We won’t tell on you. Put the 500 pack of light lager back with all its buddies and rule your taste with an Iron Fist!

Julian Hard Cider

Lagunitas Brewing Co.

From our earliest days of striving to make consistently good beer, and instead making beer that ranged from vile, to barely drinkable, to wonderful, to elegant, to questionable-at-best. From being castigated by our West Marin neighbors to finally suffering an 'eviction' by our West Marin septic system. From landing in the welcoming arms of Petaluma, and actually getting our beer into bottles, onto the streets, and into the hands of sympathetic beer geeks, to steadily losing less money each month. From all this and more, Lagunitas Brewing Company is emerging as a battle-tested brewery capable of making great beer out of goat's milk, brambles, and asphalt on the surface of the Moon, if need be.

North Park Beer Company

The mission of North Park Beer Company is to craft impeccable San Diego-style ales and lagers from a foundation of award-winning brewing experience using the finest ingredients, time honored tradition, and modern innovation.

Pure Project

We believe every beer should tell a story; just like a world class meal, a perfect cup of coffee or a timeless wine, and we aim to bring that same level of passion, creativity and artistry to the ever evolving craft beer community. We look forward to sharing our art with that movement by providing an experiential brand to give context to the beer in your glass.

Second Chance Beer Company

SIP. SEIZE. ENJOY. Second Chance is our ultimate expression of opportunity–we may not all get one, but if you do, seize it! Every day we’re reminded how lucky we are to breathe, live and love beer... after all, our Co-founder and Brewmaster has been brewing in San Diego, the epicenter of our craft, for over 16 years. If that isn’t good fortune, we don’t know what is. Share some with us.
